Styles

Which cities have the most of each style, from the nomination forms, the Register's index and a reading of the texts.

Every style the index knows, as a tree: a family counts every style beneath it. Each has a page with its definition and period; a style is ranked once at least one city has five listings in it, and until then its page lists the cities that have some. Periods are the typical United States range.
